Working together in psychotherapy we explore the stories that define our lives in order to open to new possibilities. The stories we develop, who we are and how we relate to others, create our point of view. This perspective directly affects our choices. Exploring these perspectives and developing mindful tools can help us respond creatively instead of reacting automatically.

Whether working with individual clients, and parent/child dyads or with groups of teens we will explore the stories that have defined our lives, learn and implement new tools and truly open to new worlds of possibility.
